4. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
6. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Return & Refund
  • Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A return pickup will be arranged after verification.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after quality check approval.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
8. Warranty
  • We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling.
