Return & Exchange Window
- We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return / Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp with:
- Order Number
- Product images (with tags & packaging)
- Our team will verify your request and schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- All tags attached
- Invoice included
- Products that are:
- Used, damaged after delivery, or altered
- Missing tags or packaging
will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share images via WhatsApp for quick resolution.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided as Store Credit only.
- Store credit will be issued within 15 working days after the product passes quality check.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for:
- Same product OR
- Different product (subject to stock availability)
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
Important Note
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
