Return & Exchange Window
  • We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return / Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with:
    • Order Number
    • Product images (with tags & packaging)
  2. Our team will verify your request and schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days.
Return Conditions
  • Items must be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • All tags attached
    • Invoice included
  • Products that are:
    • Used, damaged after delivery, or altered
    • Missing tags or packaging
      will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share images via WhatsApp for quick resolution.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are provided as Store Credit only.
  • Store credit will be issued within 15 working days after the product passes quality check.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Same product OR
    • Different product (subject to stock availability)
Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
Important Note
  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
